What is the return policy?

I hope you will love all your purchases from my online shop, but understand that sometimes things do not work out as planned.

I accept returns on unused items in their original condition for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Sale and discounted merchandise, as well as special orders, are final sales therefore do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Please e-mail before sending your return.

Please note: We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package. BGMills Art is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.

What is the shipping policy?

We ship domestically within the United States using either USPS or FedEx Ground. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. All domestic shipping is free. Yes, that's right, no extra charge for shipping within the contiguous United States.

Please get in touch for special requests or international shipping.

If an item was received damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to process a claim and we will refund your purchase. The item must be returned in unused condition and in its original package with a copy of the receipt.

Please note, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
